Skilled Nursing Facility
Location
City: Dallas, TX
Role Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and assess residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Assist residents with daily activities and ensure their comfort and safety.
Educate residents and their families about health management and wellness.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress notes.
Qualifications Current nursing license in the state of practice.
Experience in a skilled nursing facility or equivalent setting preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with residents, families, and team members.
Knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and best practices in patient care.
Ability to respond to emergency situations calmly and effectively.
Basic life support (BLS) certification required.
