Rehab Tech III | Home & Community - Grand Rapids | Full time 1st shift (40 hours )

As a Rehabilitation Technician III, you'll support individuals recovering from TBI and SCI by providing hands-on assistance with daily living, personal care, community activities, and therapeutic goals. You'll help clients build independence, celebrate progress, and improve their quality of life.
What You'll Do
Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
Support community outings, transportation, and activities
Build positive relationships and encourage independence
Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
Coaches, mentors, and provides oversight to Rehab Tech I and II staff

What You Bring
Required:
High School Diploma/GED + 2 years of experience
CNA certification or associate degree preferred
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification

Experience
Required1 year as an HNNR Rehab Tech + completed Core and Advanced Medical Rehab Tech Skills requirements
Education
RequiredHigh School Diploma Equivalency or better
PreferredAssociates Degree or better
Licenses & Certifications
Required- Driver's License
PreferredCert Nurse Assistant
