nScope of Work
nActs as a team member in the delivery of quality rehabilitation services under the supervision of a therapist. Performs basic skills per department guidelines and communicates observations to members of the health care team. Performs clerical, maintenance and cleaning duties related to the operation of the department. Provide support for unit based operations under the direct supervision of the Therapy Manager/Supervisor/Team Lead.

nnnRequired High School Diploma or equivalent

nn6 months of relevant experience Preferred

nnSuccessful completion of competency based and on the job traning orientation program Required

nnCRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or

nnCRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required

nnLIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan SHCC - NRS - HC - RehabUpon Hire required
