Job description
DCH Rehabilitation Pavilion at Northport Medical Center is seeking a Team Leader to guide nursing staff, ensure safe patient flow, and uphold quality of care during shifts. The role supports unit operations, staff mentoring, and adherence to DCH standards across multiple disciplines.
The Team Leader coordinates care, participates in PI activities, and ensures compliance with policies while managing weekend and holiday staffing needs. RN licensure and BLS/ACLS/PALS as applicable are required.
