Rehabilitation Aide - OutpatientOur healthcare facility is hiring a rehabilitation aide who can perform supportive tasks and deliver direct patient related services under the supervision of licensed clinicians. We are looking for a kind and compassionate individual who can provide hands on assist with patient self-care/mobility needs, support by preparing treatment area and patient equipment, and perform procedures under the direct supervision of a licensed clinician. If you would like to join a rehab team that will work with you, train you, and help you advance your skills in the rehab world, we'd love to meet you.Primary Responsibilities:Safety focus - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, Empathy and compassion, Patient focus Teamwork Multi-tasking, Supply management, Physical strength and stamina.Performs direct patient care under the direction of a clinician - non administrative dutiesAssists in the daily management of the Rehabilitation department by performing departmental supportive tasks and delivering patient related services under the supervision of a Licensed Clinician.Serves as coordinator of transportation to and from therapy.Prerequisites:High School Diploma.Ability to follow directions, coordinate a variety of responsibilities and receive supervision from several sources.Certification in BLS of Adult, Child and Infant.
