Job description
Job Title
Under the direct supervision of licensed clinical staff, assists the therapists in routine tasks for therapeutic treatment of patients. Assists the department supervisor/manager in coordinating the overall department's function and maintenance.
Compensation Pay Range: $18.20 - $26.00
Clerical Duties: Performs clerical duties to assist with daily operations of the department including scheduling, answering phones, calling patients, inventory, photocopying, filing, medicare and CPM tracking, data collection, mail and faxes, etc
Environment and Department Maintenance/Infection Control: Assists in the maintenance of the department's overall physical environment and infection control including cleaning equipment, temperature monitoring, pool chemistry, linen supply, area inspections
Treatment: Provides treatment to assigned patients as appropriate under the direct supervision of clinical staff.
Documentation: Completes all documentation of services per department standards
Billing: Enters daily charges in a timely and accurate manner according to department standards
Technology: Embraces technological solutions to work processes and practices

Job Requirements
Minimum Education - Preferred: High School diploma/GED preferred.
Minimum Work Experience: One (1) year healthcare–related experience preferred. Previous rehabilitation experience desirable. Previous coursework, participation in work or volunteer experience in the area of health, fitness or athletics required
Required Classes/Skills: BLS - Basic Life Support
Schedule: Mondays pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays 930-6pm, Wednesdays and Fridays 730-4pm
