Job description
The University of Vermont Health Network is hiring a Registered Nurse at Helen Porter Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing. In this role, you’ll deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to post-acute and long-term residents, performing assessments, administering medications, and managing complex care needs. You will develop and update individualized care plans, support rehabilitation goals, and educate patients and families. Working within a collaborative, academic health system, you’ll partner closely with therapists, physicians, and support staff while advancing your skills through ongoing learning and professional development.
