Rehabilitation Assistant (Behavioral Therapy Specialist)Location: Harold Jordan Center – Nashville, TNClient: TN Department of Disability and Aging (DDA)Openings: 14Duration: June 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026Pay Rate: $18/hr on 1099Responsibilities Include:Providing individualized support and active treatment per care plansDelivering habilitation training and behavioral therapyMonitoring behavioral and medical statusEnsuring a safe and nurturing environmentCollaborating with family members and care teamsParticipating in team meetings and required trainingSchedule & Shifts:3 shifts per week (12.
