Rehab Clinic Float AssistantPark Nicollet is looking to hire a Rehab Clinic Float Assistant to join our Rehabilitation team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.Position Summary: Performs a variety of clerical and clinical tasks assisting the Rehabilitation Services Care Teams in providing outstanding patient care and services.***FLOAT*** Must travel to Burnsville, Prior Lake, St. Louis Park P3800, Methodist, Game Face and Minneapolis this float is the "south" float which is where we have the Burnsville and Prior Lake but then all of our floats have to go to our central sites which is the 3800, game face, Methodist and MinneapolisWork Schedule:. 70 FTE, Part Time. 7 shifts in a pay period, each 8 hours ranging in hours from 6:45am to 6:45pm.Required Qualifications:Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: Six months experience in a customer service job, or medical related experience in a hospital, rehab, or clinical setting.Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: NAKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must be able to work independently under the supervision of multiple rehabilitation professionals on recurring assignments. Should have critical thinking skills and be able to problem-solve. Strong verbal communication, customer relations and listening skills are essential. Good telephone etiquette, money handling, and keyboarding skills are needed. Must be able to promote and maintain good customer relations and patient confidentiality. Must be able to effectively communicate in person and over the phone with a wide variety of patients (i.e., Those with speech and hearing impairments, those requiring interpreters) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that includes switching between tasks.
