Job description
TransPerfect Health seeks an experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead the rehabilitation department within our skilled nursing and senior living facilities. You will oversee program development, staffing, compliance, and performance metrics to deliver patient-centered care.
This role requires licensure as a therapist or therapy assistant, strong leadership, and the ability to recruit, mentor, and optimize therapy services while ensuring high-quality documentation and PDPM knowledge.
