Evolve Therapy Services, LLC is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Dunn Loring, VA. You will oversee all therapy operations and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements include a degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology with active licensure. Strong leadership, communication skills, and PDPM/MDS experience are preferred.
