Job description
Excelsior Care Group is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation in Columbia County, FL to lead and enhance our rehabilitation department. This leadership role guides a skilled team of therapists and directly influences residents’ quality of life.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation or related field, an active OT/PT/SLP license, and at least 3 years of rehab experience with 1 year in leadership. A strong understanding of RUGs and CMI is essential.
