Job description
Prestige Care Center of Fairfield is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our in-house rehabilitation program. This role focuses on leadership, clinical coordination, and staff development to improve patient outcomes in a skilled nursing setting.
The Director will oversee daily operations, guide PT/OT/SLP teams, ensure quality care, and support census growth while maintaining high professional standards and compliant documentation.
