Job description
Bear Mountain of Sudbury is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead the rehab department within a skilled nursing setting in Sudbury, MA. You will direct day-to-day rehab across PT, OT, and SLP, align staffing and caseloads, and mentor clinicians while ensuring strong documentation and care standards.
Experience in skilled nursing, Medicare/PDPM familiarity, and prior DOR/ADOR exposure are highly valued, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.
