Job description
EPIC Healthcare is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead our rehabilitation program within a skilled nursing facility in New Jersey. The ideal candidate is a licensed therapist (PT, OT, or SLP) with strong leadership skills and a passion for improving patient quality of life.
You will supervise therapy staff, coordinate schedules, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with care teams to drive clinical outcomes and patient-centered care.
