Job description
The Palace Care Center in Maple Shade Township, NJ, seeks an experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy team in a skilled nursing facility. This role focuses on clinical excellence, resident outcomes, staff development, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
The Director will oversee daily rehab operations, ensure compliant, evidence-based PT, OT, and SLP services, and drive quality improvement while maintaining survey readiness and strong stakeholder relationships.
