Job description
Aventura at Carriage Inn in Dayton, OH is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) who is a licensed PTA or COTA to lead our rehabilitation department with vision and empathy.
You will manage a therapy team, drive high-quality patient care, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve excellent outcomes. Leadership experience and proficiency with Net Health and PCC are required.
