Rehabilitation Facility Manager Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - (COTA)– Full Time
Join Our Team at Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting!
Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting provides patient-centered rehabilitation services with a focus on quality care, strong clinical outcomes, and team collaboration. We’re looking for a Rehabilitation Manager to lead therapy services at the facility and ensure both patient care and team performance stay at a high level.
About the Role
As a Full Time Rehabilitation Manager, you will:
Oversee daily operations of the therapy department, including Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy services
Supervise, support, and mentor therapy staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Coordinate with facility leadership and nursing staff to align therapy services with patient needs
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, documentation, and billing requirements
Manage caseloads, scheduling, and staffing to maintain efficiency and coverage
Monitor patient outcomes and adjust departmental processes as needed
Assist with patient care when needed to support the team and maintain workflow
