Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a Rehabilitation Hospital Pharmacist to support safe, effective medication therapy for patients recovering from serious illness or injury. In this role, you will verify and dispense medications, perform clinical medication reviews, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
