Job description
Bethesda Health seeks a compassionate LPN Rehab Nurse to provide evening skilled nursing care (6:30 p.m. shift) to seniors in our rehab community. You’ll deliver hands-on care, administer medications and treatments, monitor progress, and support safe transitions and functional recovery. Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians, update care plans, and educate residents and families.
