Job description
Bethesda Health seeks a compassionate LPN Rehab Nurse to provide hands-on care to seniors in our rehabilitative setting. In this role, you’ll deliver medications and treatments, perform focused assessments, and support residents in meeting therapy and recovery goals. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, physicians, and families to implement individualized plans, document progress, and promote safety and comfort.
