Job description
Bethesda Health is seeking a compassionate LPN Rehab Nurse to provide hands-on care to seniors in our faith-based rehab community. In this full-time role, you’ll deliver medications, treatments, and focused rehab nursing interventions while monitoring resident progress and updating care plans. You’ll collaborate closely with therapists, RNs, physicians, and families to support safe recovery and quality outcomes. This role is ideal for an LPN who values dignity, respect, and person-centered care, and wants to grow within a mission-driven senior care organization.
