Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Rehabilitation Nurse LPN to deliver high-quality care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will provide direct bedside nursing, administer medications, monitor patient progress, and support individualized rehab plans for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and promote safe discharges.
