Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Rehabilitation Nurse LPN to deliver specialized nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vitals, support rehab therapies, and educate patients and families on recovery plans.
