Job description
Centers Health Care is seeking a CNA: Rehab Aide to support patients in our technology-enabled rehabilitation programs. In this role, you will assist licensed therapists with exercises, mobility support, and use of rehab software tools to track patient progress. Responsibilities include preparing treatment areas, transporting patients, documenting sessions in electronic systems, and ensuring a safe, clean environment. You will collaborate closely with clinical and IT teams, receive ongoing training on our digital platforms, and help deliver compassionate, efficient rehab services in a fast-paced, innovative setting.
