Job description
Cincinnati Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking an RN supervisor to oversee nursing staff, assess patient needs, and provide direct care. The role includes planning unit staff training and participating in guidance and educational programs.
Applicants should hold an active RN license and BLS certification; CRRN or progress toward CRRN is encouraged. Inpatient rehabilitation experience and supervisory background are preferred. Strong communication and organization are essential.
