Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation in Palos Heights, IL is seeking qualified Physical Therapists to join our team in SNF settings. You will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care, ensuring measurable functional goals and high-quality care.
You will collaborate with facility staff, educate patients and families about progress, and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants while maintaining timely documentation of evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily notes.
