Encompass Health seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to adults recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, medication administration, wound and IV care, care plan coordination, and accurate EMR documentation.
