Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver specialized, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor progress throughout the rehab journey. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote optimal recovery, educate patients and families, and uphold high standards of safety and clinical quality in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment.
