Job description
MercyOne Clive Rehabilitation Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in our inpatient rehab setting. The RN will assess patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other debilitating illnesses, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include medication administration, wound and IV care, patient and family education, and thorough EMR documentation while supporting a patient-centered, mission-driven culture focused on rehabilitation outcomes and safety.
