Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Hospital Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor patient progress toward rehabilitation goals. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will educate patients and families, coordinate safe discharges, and promote a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment.
