Job description
Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Encompass Health, seeks a full-time Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation facility. You will coordinate and deliver nursing care for patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and other complex conditions. Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, medication administration, wound care, patient and family education, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
