Job description
Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Encompass Health, seeks a Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive, post-acute care for patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, and complex medical conditions. The RN will complete assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to maximize function, safety, and independence. Responsibilities include patient and family education, discharge planning support, and accurate EMR documentation in a mission-driven, collaborative environment. $10,000 sign-on bonus offered.
