Job description
Eastside Rehabilitation Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to adult rehabilitation patients. In this on-site role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, manage wounds and IVs, and coordinate individualized care plans with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll support patients in regaining mobility and independence, provide education to patients and families, and ensure accurate EHR documentation.
