Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver specialized nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor progress toward rehab goals. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll coordinate care, educate patients and families, and ensure safe discharges.
