Job description
Encompass Health in Salisbury, Maryland is seeking a Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care for adults recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, complex orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver evidence-based nursing care, conduct comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, and support patients in achieving functional goals. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document progress, and contribute to a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous learning.
