Job description
Logan Regional Medical Center in southern West Virginia is seeking an RN–Rehabilitation to provide direct, individualized nursing care for patients in a rehabilitation setting, applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support physical, functional, or neurological recovery, educate patients and families, and help with discharge planning while promoting safety and high-quality outcomes.
