Rehabilitation Services Associate (RSA)Greenwood Care, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility (SMHRF), in Evanston, IL, has immediate openings for Rehabilitation Services Associates (RSAs) to join our team. Psychiatric facility experience preferred.$19.50 per hour!Positions available:FT AM, 7a-3p - Must work every other weekendIf you have experience as a Mental Health Program Aide, Mental Health Technician, or Behavioral Health Technician, we want to talk to you!*This is an excellent learning opportunity for individuals pursuing a career in mental health - apply today!*In addition to a competitive salary, we offer you (for full time):401(k) matchingDental, vision, and life insuranceDisability insuranceChoice of several health insurance plansPaid time off (PTO)Teledoc (when enrolled in a healthcare plan)Health savings account (HSA) (when enrolled in a healthcare plan)On demand pay (conditions apply)Rehabilitation Services Associates (RSAs) work in conjunction with an interdisciplinary team, offering recovery and rehabilitation support and services to those who live in the facility.Responsibilities of the Rehabilitation Services Associate (RSA):Collaborate with consumer and treatment team in facilitating therapeutic treatment plansImplement therapeutic care plans and activities in a compassionate and caring mannerRecognize, note, and inform treatment team when a consumer is not at their baseline of symptoms and behaviorsAssist clinical treatment team as assignedHelp check in all newly admitted consumers and readmissions, as well as assist in the transfer of consumers to different roomsMaintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAARequirements of the Rehabilitation Services Associate:21 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or GEDExperience in a psych facility highly preferredCNA certification helpful but not requiredBasic computer skillsService mindset of compassion, tolerance, and understanding of adults with psychiatric disordersGreenwood Care is a 24/7 facility dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals affected by chronic psychiatric disorders.
