Job description
Bethesda is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead therapy services across post-acute, home health, and outpatient settings in Willmar, MN. You will manage clinical operations, budgeting, staffing, and compliance to ensure high-quality patient care.
You will supervise PTs, OTs, SLPs and support staff, ensure licensure, and guide PDPM/PDGM billing and documentation while collaborating with physicians and nursing leadership to optimize outcomes.
