Job description
Southwest Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Arkansas is seeking a Director of Therapy and Rehabilitation to provide strategic leadership, operational management, and clinical oversight of all inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services.
The Director will ensure high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, staff development, and interdisciplinary collaboration across physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and related services.
