Job description
Thornapple Manor Rehabilitation in Hastings, MI seeks a Director of Rehabilitation to lead and optimize our rehab services across PT, OT, and SLP. You will develop strategic plans, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive outcomes for residents' recovery journeys.
The role requires Michigan licensure, at least three years of supervisory experience in a health care setting, and strong collaboration across disciplines.
