Job description
Vocational Guidance Services is seeking a Rehabilitation Supervisor to oversee nine employer sites in Northeast Ohio, ensuring curricula and work procedures meet program goals. You will travel between sites, supervise staff, and collaborate with the Rehabilitation Manager to support individuals’ plans for service.
Responsibilities include coordinating referrals, managing payroll tasks, documenting progress, and developing training to improve daily living skills and vocational behaviors.
