Job description
BJC HealthCare seeks a Rehab professional to provide patient-centered rehabilitation services in a leading nonprofit health system. In this on-site role, you will evaluate patients, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to restore function and maximize independence. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and support safe discharge planning.
