Job description
Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Therapy Coordinator to oversee the rehabilitation department, align patient care with financial goals, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. The TC will optimize staff scheduling to meet patient needs and deliver high-quality therapy services.
You will collaborate with facility staff, participate in interdisciplinary meetings, and monitor MDS, billing, and documentation.
