Revenue Cycle System SpecialistCastle Biosciences Inc. is growing, and we are looking to hire a full-time Revenue Cycle System Specialist working from your remote home office location, with a start date of October 26, 2026.A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Revenue Cycle Systems SpecialistThe Revenue Cycle System Specialist is a hands-on role responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems that support billing and reimbursement operations for a national independent laboratory. This position performs day-to-day system administration activities, including system implementations, upgrades, testing, and configuration changes, while maintaining workflows, payer and provider records, forms, letters, print schedules, and other critical system support files. In this role you will support payer portal administration, user access management, dashboard development, and ad hoc reporting to drive operational efficiency and support reimbursement team objectives.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Finance or Information Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.3-5 years of experience in health care revenue cycle operations, with a strong knowledge of insurance billing processes, payer requirements and workflow management.Demonstrated experience in designing, optimizing and implementing revenue cycle workflows, including system configuration, maintenance, and ongoing management of RCM/Billing platforms.Proficient in analyzing and translating business requirements into system configurations and workflow schemas to support operational efficiency.Advanced MS Excel experience includes but not limited to complex formulas (e.g. VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), data validation, pivot tables.SCHEDULEMonday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM, exempt position.Preferred work location is in-office in Friendswood, TX; remote candidates will be considered.ABOUT CASTLE BIOSCIENCES INC.At Castle, it all comes down to people.
