Job description
Bright Pathways in Texas is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) licensed to practice in Texas to deliver meaningful, relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and via telehealth under BCBA supervision.
You will guide and support RBTs, collaborate with families, and help shape our clinical model as we grow, embracing a Human-First culture built on trust, kindness, and purposeful innovation that values people over process.
