Relationship BankerExpress Employment Professionals is seeking a Relationship Banker to join a local company in the Athens, TX area.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM - 5PM, Rotating SaturdaysResponsibilities:Build strong customer relationships by understanding financial needs. Recommend appropriate products and refer to specialists when needed. Provide professional service by assisting with account inquiries, opening accounts, resolving issues, and processing transactions. Handle service requests such as debit cards, check orders, and wire transfers. Support branch operations with clerical tasks, greet visitors, and stay current on bank systems, policies, and regulations.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required. Banking experience preferred. Must have strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of banking regulations, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bank systems is required. The flexibility to move between 2 locations in Athens, TX, and Malakoff, TX.
