Relationship Banking Specialist IiLocation: La Quinta, CA 92253Schedule: Full-time, onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:15 p.m.Pay: $22.00–$24.00/hrStart: ASAPAbout the JobWe are looking for a friendly and reliable Relationship Banking Specialist Ii in La Quinta. You will help customers with their bank accounts, handle cash and transactions, answer questions, and provide great customer service. You will also help customers learn about bank products and services.RequirementsAt least 6 months of cash handling experience6 months of bank or branch experience is preferredStrong customer service skillsHigh school diploma or GEDGood communication skillsComfortable using computersGood with basic math and handling cashOrganized and detail-orientedWorks well with othersOpen to feedback and willing to learnWhat You Will DoHelp customers with deposits, withdrawals, and other transactionsAssist customers with their bank accountsHelp with debit cards, online banking, checks, and stop paymentsPlace or remove account holds when neededAnswer customer questions and help solve problemsExplain and recommend bank products and servicesFollow bank rules and proceduresHelp other team members when neededWhat We Are Looking ForBank TellerBanking or Credit Union RepresentativeCashierCustomer Service RepresentativeRetail Cash HandlerOther customer-facing roles with strong cash handling experienceImportantThe right person should have a positive attitude, work well with the team, and be willing to accept feedback.Interview Process:Candidates selected for the position will first have a Microsoft Teams video interview.
