Job description
We are seeking two Release Engineers to support Azure-based cloud and release engineering activities. This role is responsible for the deployment, release, and maintenance of cloud-based applications and services across platforms such as Azure and AWS. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable cloud solutions and ensure smooth transitions of code from development to production.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines with security and quality gates.
Provision, configure, and manage cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
Lead and execute release engineering tasks for cloud services, ensuring compliance with security policies.
Act as a gatekeeper in the infrastructure and application lifecycle, ensuring code integrity and quality.
Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth releases.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding release status, issues, and improvements.
Mentor junior engineers and guide global cloud architecture initiatives.
Required Qualifications
4–5+ years of experience in release engineering and cloud infrastructure.
AZ-104 certification is required.
Experience with Terraform is required.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD processes, Git workflows, and programming concepts.
Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS.
