Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Release Manager to manage end-to-end release planning, scheduling, deployment, change management, and production releases. Must have strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, release governance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. Preferred Skills:Experience with IVR and contact center platforms such as Genesys, Avaya, Amazon Connect, or Cisco.Knowledge of release planning, deployment validation, rollback procedures, and production support.Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Jenkins, or similar tools. xqrzhdi Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
